Clinton Hotel Reservation Policies - Updated 1/27/14
By booking online you are agreeing to these policies:
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior (By 12 noon) to the arrival date of your reservation (For reservations over special event dates & blackout dates, cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date) to avoid 1 night plus tax penalty charges.
ADVANCE BOOKING BONUS: These reservations are non-refundable. Credit Card will be charged for the guest's entire stay upon reserving. If guest credit card does not have funds to cover the entire stay (If credit card declines), the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Changes cannot be made to these reservations. Credit card used to reserve online must be present at the time of check in (No Exceptions).
Group / Group Cancellation policy: Group Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. A non-refundable 1 night plus tax deposit will be charged per room 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations containing 10 rooms or more are considered a group block and are subject to group cancellation policies.
Reservations of 5 rooms or more:
Guest with reservations of 5 rooms or more will be subject to a 21 day cancellation policy instead of the usual 72 hour cancellation policy. Credit cards will be charged 21 days prior to arrival for the deposit.
A non-refundable 1 night plus tax deposit will be charged 3 days prior to arrival. If a credit declines when deposit is being charged, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Special Event/Blackout dates: a non-refundable 1 night plus tax deposit will be charged 21 days prior to arrival, and over Art Basel and New Years Eve a non-refundable 1 night plus tax deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. If a credit card declines when the deposit guarantee is being charged, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Clinton Hotel is not responsible if incorrect contact information is given, and guest is unable to be contacted.
Check in time after 1500hrs.
Check out time before 1200hrs.
Hotel room rates are subject to change without notice.
Children up to the age of 12 stay free (with included bedding only).

Guest may receive (2 - 3 small packages) depending on the size. Guest must request permission prior to packages being delivered in order for the hotel to accept any packages. The Clinton Hotel is not responsible for any issues with delivered packages under any circumstances.
Pets accepted with USD $100.00 non-refundable Credit Card Charge per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if it is deemed necessary. Weight limit for pets is 30 pounds. Guests with pets over 30 pounds in weight will not be allowed to check in, and cancellation policy penalty will apply.
Early checkout is available at a charge of 1 night plus tax when departing earlier than the scheduled departure date.
Late checkout is available at a charge of USD $50 until 3pm and USD $75 until 5pm. Full day charge thereafter. Please note that late checkout is based upon availability.
Extra adult may stay for a charge of $20.00 per person Double bedded rooms only. Maximum 4 people in a double bedded room. Extra child is available free of charge up to the age of 12.
Valet parking is available at a charge of $28.00/day.
Self metered parking is available at a charge of USD $1.75/hour on the street side. Self parking lot is 3 blocks away. Valet parking is available at a charge of USD $28 with the exception of holidays and special events where the price may be higher, unlimited in and out privileges.
Resort fee is USD $11 plus tax which includes wireless internet, beach towels, beach chairs, club passes (upon availability), and business center services.
Deposit of one night's stay will not be refunded within the cancellation policy period.
Incidental deposit charges are also taken at the time of check in; currently the incidental deposit charge is $75.00 USD PER DAY / PER ROOM. These charges are refundable at time of check out for any portion not used. In the event of holidays and/or special events the incidental deposit rate can be higher. Incidentals are considered anything that can or will be consumed while you are a guest with us. i.e.: mini bar items, telephone usage, damages to the room, etc., etc…
Airport Shuttle Details:
- Shuttle Service is for guest going and coming to hotel from Miami International Airport.
- Airport pickup times (Shuttle service is available 7 days a week) 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30p. Guest must have a copy of reservation confirmation to board the shuttle. Shuttle pickup location (Miami International Airport): 2nd floor, Terminal G, Door 26. Driver will not wait for guest. If guest do not arrive to the shuttle on time, guest must wait until next pickup time (No Exceptions).
- Guest must provide the shuttle driver with printed proof of reservation or checkout folio in order to board shuttle van
-Shuttle service is available 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm.
- Reservations are required 24 hours in advance of your departure to the airport from the hotel.
The Hotel is not responsible for guest being late or missing your flight due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or mechanical problems with our vans.
During Special Event Dates the shuttle hours will be as follows due to traffic:
Pick up times at the Clinton Hotel; 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm.
Pick up at Miami International Airport; 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm.
