"May 19, 2009 Hi, I was going to be writing a letter based on my stay and find it much easier that you provided a method to just email. I stayed at your hotel both before and after I did cruise out of Miami. I work as a flight attendant and changed my plans all at the last minute and decided upon my Miami stay just less than 24 hours before my vacation started. I stay at about 3-4 hotels in a week because of my job and have seen it all. Prior to working for the airlines I was a front desk manager at a very upscale Marriott hotel. I found out about your hotel online travel sites. I use those sites solely to see the reviews of the hotels. I booked your hotel online and arrived the next morning. Your hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. From the decor which was great, to nice clean rooms, it was everything the site mentioned and more. Often what you see in pictures is not what you get in person; and this was not the case with your hotel. On both arrival days we arrived very early and didn't expect any rooms and were thrilled that your staff was accommodating both times and had room available. The 2nd stay I was upgraded to a larger room because there was nothing else available. The room was larger and beautiful and the jacuzzi outside was the icing on the cake. All this and for the value that I paid for will truly make me a customer for life when I come to Miami. My job allows me to travel anywhere and anytime I want at a moments notice and since I found such a great place to stay in Miami, i will definitively be staying there again soon. Since coming back from my vacation and back to work, I must have told at least 10 flight attendants about your hotel and how great my stay was, compared to the crew hotel we stay at which is old and awful, and far North of Miami Beach. Obviously I stay at many hotels and have seen some which are not so great and some that are amazing, I definitely rank yours up there with the latter. I was able to get a great rate both times and the stay and experience was worth every penny. Both the girls that checked me in were great and should be commended. They were friendly and informative. I am a firm believer that the staff is a large part of the experience. The building structure is always there and has a visual appeal for the guest, its the people who work in that structure that truly provide the experience. Again, great hotel, great price, and a great experience. I look forward to staying with you again. See you in a month or two."

"My wife and I have been staying at the Clinton every year for the last 4 yrs. We love being there and the staff is wonderful. We were actually booked to stay in Ft. Lauderdale next week but changed our plans to stay at the Clinton instead. We love the area and the hotel is perfect for exploring things to do in South Beach. I read reviews on the trip advisor and was shocked to see some of the negative comments. We look forward to arriving next Tuesday, Dec. 1st for another fantastic vacation in South Beach."

"I stayed at the clinton south beach for the very first time on february 8-9 and i was impressed. My friend and i wanted an extra day in south beach and chose hotel after our cruise. We arrived a little earlier than expected and had to wait for our room to be ready. We were extremely surprised to find out we were upgraded to a spa and loft suite. We had a awesome time and the staff(especially Delfi) were very attentive to our needs. As a travel agent i will recommend this hotel to my friends and clients and i cannot wait to go back."

"My wife and I stayed at the Clinton during the last week of April '09. We picked the hotel based on our research of travel sites and the fact it wasn't a 'chain' hotel. Pete, the manager, was AWESOME and made our stay outstanding and one we'll never forget. We can't rave enough about how great the room was - my wife still tells everyone about how incredible the bathroom & shower was in our room!! We travel a lot and enjoy boutique hotels such as The Clinton. Our stay at the hotel was so good, we are already planning our return on April 24th! I have a convention in Marco Island, Fl but we're coming down early just to stay again at The Clinton. If you're looking for a quality, clean, well-maintained hotel at a reasonable price...then by all means, look no farther and book your room now. You won't be disappointed!"

"We recently spent Spring break in South Beach and stayed at the Clinton Hotel! It was a great experience! From the time we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was very cozy and clean. I must admit that at first appearance, I was concerned, but all of those concerns were diminished as soon as we walked in! If we ever visit South Beach again, the Clinton will definitely be our place to stay!"
